Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,

a) on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together,

b) on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately, or

c) on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided that goods are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.

by means of a clear declaration, for example by a letter sent by post or an e-mail, about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You can use the sample withdrawal form below for this purpose. However, the use of the form is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including the costs of the cheapest standard delivery we offer.

Additional costs incurred because you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.

The repayment will be made immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which your notification of withdrawal from this contract has reached us.

For the repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back. The earlier of the two dates shall apply.

You must return or hand over the goods to the following address immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Simply opening the packaging does not automatically lead to the loss of the right of withdrawal. However, the goods may only be inspected to the extent that this would also be possible and necessary in a retail store. Any further use, in particular practical use in foiling work, may lead to appropriate compensation for value if this results in signs of wear, scratches, dirt, damage or other reductions in value.
